Getting on the board

01

Book a seat

Any racing session counts — a casual 30 minutes, a full hour, or a race night. Tell the crew you want your laps timed when you arrive.

02

Pick a track

Your time is logged against the track and car class you drove. Same car, same track, same conditions for everyone — that's what makes the board fair.

03

Check your time

Laps appear on the board shortly after your session ends. Scan the code on your rig on the way out, or come back to this page any time.

Questions

Do casual sessions count, or only race nights?

[CONFIRM: BOTH / RACE NIGHTS ONLY]. Ask the crew when you arrive if you want your laps recorded.

How long until my time appears?

Times are usually on the board within a few minutes of your session finishing. If you've raced and can't find yourself, check you're filtering on the right track and car class — the board defaults to one combination at a time.

What settings are the times set with?

Everything on the board is set on the same car, same track and the same assist settings, so the comparison is fair. Race night times use our Pro Difficulty settings — 70% damage, 200% tyre wear, 100% fuel and a mandatory pit stop.

Can I use a nickname instead of my real name?

Yes. Tell the crew what you'd like to appear as when you check in and we'll set it on your driver profile.

If you'd like a name taken off the board entirely, email info@proracing.au and we'll remove it. Parents of under-18 drivers can ask for the same.

I've never raced a sim before. Is it worth turning up?

Plenty of the grid hadn't either. The rigs are set up for you, the seat and wheel adjust in seconds, and nobody minds where you finish on your first go. If you want to get a feel for it before a race night, book a session any time we're open.

Is there a minimum age?

Racing is 13 and over. Drivers under 18 need a responsible adult with them at the venue.
