Fastest Lap competition and $500 draw: terms
- Promoter: Pro Racing Pty Ltd, trading as Pro Racing Simulators, 56 High Street, Hastings VIC 3915. Phone 0400 878 790.
- Period: opens when the venue opens on Thursday 8 October 2026 and closes at the end of the Bathurst race on Sunday 11 October 2026, and no later than 6:45pm AEDT.
- Who can enter: anyone who drives a racing sim session at Pro Racing during the period. There's no entry fee. Entry comes with any racing sim session at the normal price, including the $30 Bathurst Fastest Lap 30-minute session. We're a 13+ venue, and under 18s need a responsible adult. Pro Racing staff and their immediate families can't win prizes.
- Qualifying laps: only laps set at the venue on the Bathurst Fastest Lap server (Gen3 V8 Supercar, Mount Panorama, the fixed server setup) count. Laps must be valid on the server's timing. Cut-track, invalidated or assisted laps, and laps set using exploits or setup changes, don't count. Our staff check every prize-winning and draw-qualifying lap, and their decision is final.
- Fastest Lap prizes: 1st $250, 2nd $150, 3rd $100, decided on each driver's single fastest valid lap during the period. One Fastest Lap prize per driver. If two laps are identical to the thousandth of a second, the lap set first ranks higher.
- $500 draw: each racing sim session in which a driver sets at least one valid lap of 2:12.000 or faster earns that driver one draw entry. Staff log each entry with the driver's name and mobile number. A driver can earn more than one entry by qualifying in more than one session. Drivers can win both a Fastest Lap prize and the draw.
- The draw: held at Pro Racing, 56 High Street, Hastings, at the end of the race on Sunday 11 October 2026, and no later than 6:45pm AEDT. One entry is drawn at random by a staff member in front of a witness, and the draw is filmed. You don't need to be present to win.
- Winners: notified by phone and SMS on the night, using the mobile number logged. Winners' first names, last initials and lap times will be published on our Facebook, Instagram and website by Monday 12 October 2026. If the draw winner can't be contacted or doesn't claim the prize by 5:00pm Friday 16 October 2026, an unclaimed-prize redraw will be held at Pro Racing at 12:00pm Monday 19 October 2026 and that winner notified the same way.
- Prizes: paid by bank transfer within 7 days of the winner giving us their details. Prizes to drivers under 18 are paid to a parent or guardian. Prizes are not transferable.
- Privacy: we only use names and mobile numbers to run this promotion and contact winners.
